Overview

What is business really for?

Profit matters. Growth matters. Innovation matters. But for followers of Jesus, business is never just about the bottom line.

BEYOND PROFIT: Business, Leadership, and Enterprise for the Kingdom is a conference for Victory business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and marketplace leaders who want to think more deeply about how faith should shape the way they build, lead, invest, innovate, and serve.

The conference will feature Pastor Dennis Sy, Randell Tiongson, Jim Ayala, Dr. Alvin Ang, Gio Tingson, and Pastor Paolo Punzalan, covering discipleship, Kingdom Economics, redemptive enterprise, the Philippine economy, AI and human flourishing, and the calling of Christians in the marketplace. It will also include fireside conversations with business leaders Rose Oamil, Aldy and Jacque Dy, Rodney Yap, Alvin and Patty Lim, Roy Amurao, and Alexis Tan, sharing real stories of entrepreneurship, leadership, stewardship, discipleship, and Kingdom impact.

Business can create profit, but it can also create jobs, develop people, strengthen communities, solve meaningful problems, and become a platform for service and mission.

Go beyond profit. Build for the Kingdom.
