Salt & Light Mentoring Program exists to help fill that gap.

This September, Victory BGC will launch the pilot cohort of Salt & Light, a discipleship journey created specifically for business owners. This is more than a seminar or a one-time talk. It is a community of peers wrestling honestly with what it means to build and lead a business as an act of worship—not merely as a means to an end.

Together, we will bring biblical theology of work into the practical realities of stewarding capital, leading people, and building businesses that honor God.
